Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy. We are are delighted to partner with Crossroads Church!
Our team of early education experts are eager to meet you. We’re passionate about providing a positive, nurturing, high-quality child care experience your whole family will love. Come see for yourself!
Our center will open soon, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new school community, featuring Infant, Toddler care, Preschool and Pre-K programs. We also offer several elective programs to introduce children to a variety of experiences (Spanish, yoga, and more) beyond the daily classroom curriculum.

Pathways Learning Academy offers high-quality care and education to start your child on the right path to be best prepared for kindergarten and beyond. Our host church will have a dedicated member of their ministry join our school community on a weekly basis to offer Christian-based activities, events, and lessons for enrolled children.

Meet Our Staff
Christa Stocker, Director
Education: Degrees in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, and a BA in General Studies focused on Child and Family Studies
With over 20 years in early childhood education, I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, high-quality learning environment where children and educators thrive. I live in Richmond, KY with my fiancé and our three dogs, and I’m a proud mom of adult twin boys. I’m excited to grow and learn with your family!
Meet Our Staff
Kelly Anderson, Assistant Director
With over 25 years in early childhood education, Kelly is passionate about supporting children, families, and educators through high-quality learning experiences. She holds degrees from EKU and UofL, with 17 years in Head Start/Early Head Start and additional experience in schools and centers. Kelly lives in Berea with her husband, four boys, two step-grandchildren, and three dogs. She loves family time, board games, and collecting Snoopy and owls.
