Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy at Faith Promise Pellissippi! Our curriculum brings the world into every classroom through integrated, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and creativity in every child.

We offer programs for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and Pre-K, designed to support each stage of early development through engaging, age-appropriate learning. In addition to our daily classroom curriculum, children can participate in enrichment opportunities through Stretch-n-Grow®, including Dance, Sports, Gymnastics, and more, helping them explore new interests and stay active.

We’re committed to keeping families connected throughout the day with SproutAbout®, our exclusive family app that provides live-stream classroom viewing, photos, and real-time updates about your child’s experiences.

Mary "Libby" Tindell, Director

Education: Child Development Associate Credential

Certifications: Early Childhood Education Technical Certificate ; CPR/ First Aid / AED; Administrative Orientation / TECTA

Hi, I am Libby Tindell. I am a passionate early childhood educator with a love for nurturing young minds and supporting families. I bring 37 years of experience with 30 of those years being with La Petite Academy. As a director I am dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment where children feel like part of our family and can grow, explore and thrive. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family which typically involves camping, cooking and all things outdoors.

Education: Child Development Associate

Certifications: Early Childhood Education Technical Certificate; CPR/ First Aid/AED; Infant/Toddler Specialization; LENA Specialization; Administrative Orientation

I have been teaching for over 30 years. The last 10 years have included a role as Team Lead and Safety Captain. I am a passionate advocate for partnering with families, providing exciting learning experiences and language development in a safe, healthy environment. As a Knoxville native, I enjoy football (Go Vols), reading, yoga, crafting and spending time with my family.

Katlyn Blankenship, Team Lead

Education: Bachelors Degree in Psychology

Certifications: First Aid / CPR / AED

I have ten years of experience in early childhood education, primarily working with infants through age two. Over the past five years, I’ve also served as an educational coordinator, where I had the privilege of mentoring and training other educators. I am passionate about early childhood education and believe nurturing, responsive caregiving is the foundation for young children’s growth and development. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, singing at church, and reading.
