Welcome to Pathways Learning Academy! We’re thrilled to partner with Willow Creek Community Church to bring high-quality early childhood education to families in the Barrington, South Barrington, Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, Streamwood, and Palatine communities.
At Pathways, we offer a nurturing, educational daycare and preschool experience for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of learning in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.
Our passionate team of early childhood professionals brings decades of combined experience and is dedicated to helping each child thrive. We’re proud to offer enriching classroom environments, and several elective programs such as Spanish, yoga, and more, that introduce children to new ideas beyond the daily curriculum.

Pathways Learning Academy offers high-quality care and education to start your child on the right path to be best prepared for kindergarten and beyond. We offer a STEAM-based educational experience at this location. Our host church will have a dedicated member of their ministry join our school community on a weekly basis to offer Christian-based activities, events, and lessons for enrolled children.

Education: Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
I started working in early childhood education in 1988 and have been a center director since 2000. I decided to pursue a career in early childhood because I believe the most important years of a child’s life are their first five years, and I love being able to see the huge amount of growth!

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development
I have been working in the field of early childhood education since 2006 as a teacher, team lead, school education manager, and now as the school relations coordinator. My goal is to foster a warm and loving partnership between Pathways and Willow Creek Church to ensure the success and education of our littlest learners!
